The walls are furnished in a beautiful grained oak and highlighted by the hand carved columns and the original screen of turned fretwork along the staircase, created by a wood carver in 1890.
The Reception Room is home to many fine works of art including "Autumn in the Park" painted by Colorado Springs' artist Herman Raymond, pictured above to the right of the staircase.
This cheerful room is used for quiet conversation or lively receptions for up to 100 people. Featuring an extensive and valuable art collection, an inviting fireplace decorated with hand made Dutch tile and native Colorado sterling silver, the East Room is used by both ladies and gentlemen. It is open Monday through Friday. Members may bring guests to the East Room and it is available for private parties.
Handsomely decorated as a turn of-the-century Saloon, the Men's Grill is strictly for men, open Monday through Friday. It is not available for private parties; the Men's Grill is open to male guests in the company of members. Through the years this room has seen many enjoyable conversations by Colorado Spring's most noted gentlemen.
Featuring excellent food and service, the Dining Room seats 100 people and is available to both ladies and gentlemen.
Following the turn-of-the century theme, the Dining Room features historic paintings and other works of art. Open Monday through Friday for lunch from 11:30 to 2:00 p.m. and for dinner from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday only. The Dining Room is available for private parties each evening except Friday.
Limited to members only, the Billiard room offers both billiards and cards in an informal atmosphere. Open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., luncheon bar service are available 5 days per week.
Adjacent to the Dining Room are two new state of the art conference rooms, The Penrose Room and the Wagner Room. Moveable wall partitions allow for maximum flexibility for lunch meetings, receptions, customer events and entertaining. Combined with the West Dining Room, there are multiple seating arrangements for both large and small groups. Events have a private access from Platte Avenue and separate restroom facilities.
