PRIVATE EVENTS AT THE EL PASO CLUB

For dinner parties, cocktail buffets, meetings, wedding receptions, luncheons, etc. please contact our Events Manager at 719-634-1564.  We have an array of menu choices to satisfy your individual needs and can set up your event in a wide variety of arrangements. 

All events are catered and served by Club personnel.  No food may be brought on to Club premises without prior consent of the General Manager.

FACILITIES

The El Paso Club can accommodate up to 250 for a cocktail reception and up to 120 for a sit down dinner or buffet dinner.  There are “break-out” rooms that can accommodate business meetings and luncheons of all sizes:

Main Dining Room:  Seats 85
East Room:  Seats 55
Grill Room Seats 42
Wagner Room:  Seats 14
Penrose Room:  Seats 14 

 

GUARANTEES AND MINIMUMS

Menu selections are required at least two weeks prior to the date of the event.  A final guarantee of the number of persons attending is required at least three business days prior to the date of the event.  Club management will conduct a headcount during the event and you will be charged the guaranteed number or the actual number served whichever is greater. 

There is a 30 person minimum attendance for private events on weekday nights and a $2,000 minimum spending requirement for events held on Saturdays and Sundays.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

The State of Colorado regulates the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.  To protect our liquor license, The El Paso Club is accountable for the administration of these regulations.  Members or their guests may not bring liquor from outside sources on to Club property.  No person under the age of 21 will be served alcoholic beverages.

 

 

DRESS CODE AND CONDUCT

Tee shirts are not permitted anywhere in the Club.  Jeans are not proper attire for the Main Dining Room and are considered marginal elsewhere in the Club.  The event host is responsible for their guest’s attire and conduct.  The El Paso Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not properly attired or appears to be intoxicated.

TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGE

All food and beverage is subject to an 20% taxable service charge and applicable state and local sales taxes [currently 8.25%].
